LUX AUTO DETAILING — CARE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS 1. What this is. A 12-month subscription giving you an annual credit allowance to spend on Basic In/Out Maintenance, Essential Clean and Complete Detail. 1 credit = $1 of service at your vehicle's size class. Your credit total and monthly price are shown on this plan. 2. Term and billing. 12-month term, billed monthly in advance to the card on file. Credits are granted for the full term, not month by month. After the term the subscription continues month-to-month at the then-current rate unless cancelled. 3. Your vehicle. One vehicle per subscription, sized Small, Medium or Large at signup. Credit costs match that size. If you sell or replace the vehicle the subscription may transfer and be re-classified. It cannot transfer to another person. Additional vehicles need their own subscription. 4. Spending credits. Book any included service and its cost is deducted from your balance. Costs by size (S/M/L): Basic In/Out Maintenance 80/100/120. Essential Clean 180/200/220. Complete Detail 280/300/320. You choose how to spend your allowance; any combinations shown in our marketing are examples, not restrictions. 5. Rollover and cap. Unused credits roll over to your next renewal period. Your balance is capped at 1.5 times your annual credit grant. Credits above that cap at renewal are forfeited. 6. Not included. Exterior Refresh, Interior Reset, Signature Detail, ceramic coating, paint protection film, paint correction and add-ons are not covered by credits and are charged separately. Work beyond your balance is charged at standard rates. 7. Scheduling. Visits are booked in advance. Weather-affected visits are rescheduled, not cancelled; we will contact you within 48 hours. From December to February a winter-scope service (interior plus salt and rust protection) may replace a standard visit. Please provide reasonable access to the vehicle. 8. Ceramic coating subscribers. If we applied your coating, once per year you may redeem a Complete Detail as a Ceramic Top-Coat plus interior service at no extra credit cost. 9. Cancellation. Cancel any time with notice before your next billing date. If you cancel before the term ends and the credits you have redeemed exceed what you have paid, the difference is payable. Fee = credits redeemed − amount paid, where positive. 10. Service area. Mobile service within our standard service area. In-shop appointments available at our Pickering studio. 11. Liability. Please remove valuables before each visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear. 12. General. All prices exclude 13% HST. Governed by the laws of Ontario.
