  • Terms and Conditions of this Gift Voucher/Certificate:

    1. Voucher Value

    • This voucher’s face value can be used towards the payment of any service provided by Lux Auto Detailing Canada
    • The voucher allows the bearer to receive a 10% discount off the total service amount before applying the voucher.

    2. Additional Payment

    • If the total service amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid through additional cash, credit, or debit card payment.

    3. No Cash Back or Refunds

    • If the voucher value exceeds the total service amount, no change or cash refund will be provided. Any unused balance will be forfeited.

    4. Discount Application

    • The 10% discount is applied to the total service before-tax cost before the voucher value is deducted. Example:
      • Total service cost: $250
      • 10% discount: $25
      • Discounted service cost: $225 + 13% HST = $254.25
      • Voucher value: $200
      • Payment: The voucher covers the $200, further payment of $54.25 is required.

    5. Expiration

    • The voucher is valid until December 31, 2025. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be redeemable.

    6. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable

    • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

    7. Redemption Conditions

    • The voucher can only be redeemed in a single transaction and is not valid for partial redemption across multiple appointments.
    • Redemption is subject to appointment availability. Please book services in advance.

    8. Exclusions

    • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discounts, unless specifically stated by Lux Auto Detailing Canada.

    9. Identification and Verification

    • The voucher must be presented at the time of appointment in physical form. Lux Auto Detailing Canada reserves the right to verify the validity of the voucher before redemption.

    10. Amendments and Revocation

    • Lux Auto Detailing Canada reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or revoke the voucher if it is deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated, or misused.

    11. Acceptance of Terms

    • By redeeming this voucher, the bearer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
